Inspired by vintage Gold and Silver Foil pickups.
These custom made pickups have 2 outputs - NORMAL(6.4 kOhm - white) and HOT(12 kOhm - yellow).
It is just like having 2 pickups in 1 package - the distinctive tone of each output will cover a lot of ground.
Normal output will sound like a classic tele neck - twangy and bright. Switching to HOT output will deliver fattter and warmer tone with extra punch and bite. Install a switch or a push pull pot - or simply connect the output that works for you and play on.
We can also build these without an extra coil tap - you can choose the DC resistance, Alnico alloy, bottom bobbin color - and customize your pickup the way you want. Without the coil tap it would cost $59USD + $8USD shipping.
