Vintage correct replica of the 1964 Fender Mustang pickups.
Flat Alnico V magnets, hand wound with AWG 42 HEAVY FORMVAR wire, black top and grey bottom.
Transitional 1964 Mustang pickups were wound slightly hotter - at approx. 5.9kOhm - giving them some extra bite and character. True vintage classic from Q pickups custom shop.
Hand wound, USA parts, Elektrisola heavy formvar AWG 42 pickup wire, fiber bobbin flatwork, A5 polepieces, cloth covered push-back wire, wax potted.
Scatter wound, fully charged magnets.
You can see the DC resistance on the photos, measurements will vary depending on temperature.
R.W.R.P. - hum canceling when both pickups are active.
Screws and vintage style tubing are included with each pickup.
